Shipping Policies

  • To ensure that your order reaches you safely and fast, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
  • While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. However, we will inform you before doing it.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us at +91-8431621454 or Contact us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking on the Track Your Order section.
  • Currently, we don't accept international orders and will not be shipping out of India.
  • Any order with a shipping address out of India will be cancelled without any intimation.

Shipping Time / Delivery Time

  • We make our best efforts to ship your order within 2 business days. If there is any delay we will inform you.
  • We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY
  • Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 5-7 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping company have its own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.
  • Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last-minute orders.

Changing or Canceling An Order:

Personalized items cannot be cancelled.

Before Order has been Shipped

In case, the customer wants to cancel the order, before the order has been shipped, you can do so by going to the orders page and cancelling the order. Or alternatively, you can drop us an email with the order id and the reason for cancelling the order. Generally, the refund is initiated within 2 Business days. The time taken for the amount to get credited to the customer’s original payment method depends on the payment gateway and varies from 1-14 days.

After the order has been shipped

In a case where the order has been shipped and the customer would like to cancel the order then as the order would have left our premises, we cannot cancel the order. But, the customer should not accept the order and ask the courier to return back to the sender, without opening the parcel. The refund will be initiated within 2 business days after the parcel has been received back at our office.

We will deduct the forward shipping charge, and return shipping charge and we will initiate the refund to the customer. The balance after charging the customer for the forward shipping charge, and return shipping charge will be refunded. If the customer has opened the parcel, then the returned items will be verified, and the refund will be initiated after verification within 3 business days.
